NOTICE OF DELINQUENT TAX SALE
The following is a list of lands and lots in Saline County, Nebraska, upon which taxes are delinquent for the year 2023 and prior tax years.
The amount set opposite each description is the amount of delinquent tax, but does not include interest and applicable costs thereon.
Therefore, notice is hereby given that I, Debbie Spanyers, Treasurer of Saline County, Nebraska, will on the first Monday in March, 2025 (March 3, 2025) offer at public sale, all of the taxes on the following described lands and lots for the amount of taxes assessed thereon, together with such interest and applicable costs. Said sale to take place on the first floor of the Courthouse. The sale will begin at 9:30 o'clock am and continue from day to day until all such taxes on said lands and lots have been offered for sale. Each individual/entity bidding, must pay a $25 nonrefundable registration fee and pre-register on or before 4:30 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Registrations will be accepted starting Monday, February 10, 2025.
