The Saline County Assessor’s office plans to begin conducting a reappraisal of the residential properties throughout Dorchester, beginning on July 20th for the 2027 assessment year.  We are required by Nebraska State Statute 77-1311.03 to review each parcel every 6 years.

This review will include new exterior photos being taken of the property, verifying measurements and having a brief interview with the property owner/tenant.

Our partners with Multi-County Information and Programming Services (MIPS) will have identification, will be wearing blue vests and driving a vehicle with the MIPS logo.
